Abortion Helpline, This Is Lisa

Abortion Helpline, This Is Lisa

Situated in Philadelphia, this documentary is about pregnant women who call an abortion helpline to speak to counsellors. Most of the callers cannot afford abortion.

The documentary stresses on the economic stereotypes and stigmas that blanket our cultural consciousness. It adds lights to some cruel legislations that control the right to a woman’s body.
