Ironbark

Ironbark
A businessman and a prim housewife live a quiet English life when the rumor of a mole in the Soviet Union reaches the British Intelligence force and CIA officials. Greville, the businessman, is called by his country for his ordinariness. He is placed in between a political conflict and as his efforts to terminate the Cuban Missile Crisis deepen, he bonds strongly with his informant, Oleg. Pressured by his wife’s suspicions, as the Soviets close in on him, he proves to be anything but ordinary.

Based on a true story, Benedict Cumberbatch adds a rosy hue to this otherwise dark portrayal of risks involved.
