Still Here

Still Here
This is a story of mass incarceration, erasure, and gentrification in Harlem. Jasmine, who is returning home after 15 years in prison, recalls all her memories. She meets her son, who is now a teenager, along with the emotional pressure of all the memories attached to her house.

She now has to find a new job for herself in Harlem. The new and changing environment does not help her much. Her challenges at home and at work are described through this immersive multimedia installation that brings the audience to understand the new complexities in her life.
